We have found it is much better for everybody if our customers can do their own schedules. This way, you can double check the dates and times and types of visits you need before hitting send and when we get the request, we can simply approve what you have already scheduled.
Doing it this way alleviates miscommunication and assures us that the visits you need are the ones you requested!

When we add your account to Leashtime, we send you an email with a temporary username and password. The username can stay the same or be changed. The password is only good for signing in one time, so you must change it at the first sign in.
If you don’t save the link to get to the sign in page (pictured below) you can always go to “leashtime dot com” and click on the “member sign in” button on the top right.

After logging in, you will be on your “home” page.
On this page you can put in a date range to see if you have any visits scheduled. If nothing is showing up in the range of dates you selected, you need to schedule them by using the “request visits” tab.

Once you are on the “request visits” page, you will have the option to schedule for one day or for any number of days you need to in a row. Add the begin date and the end date in the calendar options and hit “next”

In order to schedule everybody, we prefer to have 14 or more days advance notice.
We can and do happily accept visits scheduled with less than 14 days notice, but there may be a last minute scheduling fee. We also ask that you please call or text us to give us a heads up that the last minute request has been submitted so we can make sure we get to approving it right away.
While very rare…there may be times we are not able to take very last minute (3 days or less) visit requests if we are already booked. If this is the case, by you calling or texting when you are first requesting the dates, we can let you know if there may be a conflict.
